The cabinet

Documentation for the Blackbox Business client cabinet: sending messages, recipients, money, results.

Three things a campaign starts with

All three are checked after you press send, so the answer comes back a few seconds later rather than while you are filling in the form.

The first fifteen minutes

  1. Registration — the login is a phone number, and the confirmation code is what makes the account active.
  2. Getting your bearings — the home screen, the left menu with the four sending channels in it, and the New campaign button beside them.
  3. The first message — from an empty account to a message in a phone.
  4. Sending a bulk campaign — the same, but from an address book.

When you came to check rather than to read

The reference section is for that.

  • The screen map — every address in the cabinet, what is on it, and which page describes it, including the ones that open by their address alone.
  • Statuses — what the words in the reports mean, and why a campaign status and a message status are two different things.
  • Errors — the exact wording the cabinet shows, what it means and what to do.
  • Glossary — one definition per term, for when a word in the interface is worth pinning down.

What this section covers

This documentation is about the client cabinet: the screens you work with yourself.

The API is documented separately, in its own section of this site: this one is about the screens, not about the requests.
