Reports and analytics
Two sections, not one, and telling them apart saves more time than anything else in the cabinet.
| Reports | Statistics | |
|---|---|---|
| Address | /analytics | /statistics |
| What is in it | A line per campaign and per message | Sums grouped by day, operator, sender |
| What it answers | What happened to this message | How much went out over the period |
| The file | Prepared on the screen and handed over when it is ready | Saved straight away |
The newcomer's question — "where do I see whether my SMS arrived" — always has the same answer: Reports. A single message lives there, with its own status and its own time.
Common rules
The default period differs from screen to screen. Each report opens on the period that makes sense for it, and the report of sends through the API even reaches into the future, because deferred sends are scheduled through it. Look at the period first: it decides what the screen shows.
Times are in your account's time zone. The same one campaigns are scheduled in, taken from the browser at registration. A campaign that went out at 23:50 your time can sit in the next day for a recipient in another zone.
To hand over what you see, export it. A colleague who follows your link opens the screen on their own dates, so the export is the reliable way to pass on exactly the rows in front of you.
Export
The two sections build the file differently, and it is not a whim.
- A report collects the rows one by one and hands the file over on the same screen when it is ready. Keep the tab open until it says it is done.
- Statistics gives the file straight away: the sums are already counted.
