Manual campaigns
Screen: Manual mailings, address /analytics/single-sms. The old address
/analytics/bulk leads here.
Everything sent from the cabinet by hand is here: single messages and bulk campaigns in one list.
The switch that changes everything
The section switch — all / single / bulk — is the main control on this screen, and it does more than filter. It changes what a row means: a bulk campaign is one row for many recipients, a single message is one row for one.
It also changes what the search can do. A search field belongs to one section, so each section keeps its own choice of field. After switching, pick the field again — an old search carried over is the usual reason a campaign "disappeared".
The period
The list holds the campaigns of the period on screen, and this screen opens on its own default period. Set the dates you need and an older campaign comes back into the list.
Cards or a table
The list can be shown as cards or as a table, and the choice is remembered for next time. Cards are easier to scan for one campaign; the table is better for comparing many.
Export
Export prepares a file from the list as it is now.
The button starts the work and gives back its number straight away, while the result arrives a little later — the progress and the outcome appear on the same screen. Keep the tab open until it reports that it is done, and press the button once: a second press starts the work a second time.
Single messages and bulk campaigns have different columns, so each of them goes into a file of its own. Asking for an export while the switch is on "all" gives both.
