Four views, one screen
The cabinet menu offers statistics by days, senders, Viber senders and countries. They are the same numbers grouped differently — the filters, the metrics, the chart and the export are identical, and only the grouping changes.

Countries and operators are one report
A country row opens into the operators inside it. Nothing is fetched to do it — the operator numbers are already on the screen — so the rows appear the moment you click, and close again just as fast. Sorting stays a country affair: an operator keeps its place inside its own country however you sort. Where a price applies, it belongs to the operator row, because that is the level a price is set at.
The chart follows the same shape: countries in the inner ring, their operators outside in a lighter tint of the same colour. Hide a country in the legend and its operators go with it.

What the metrics mean
Sent is everything that left over the period, errors included. It is the whole outgoing volume, and this is the number people most often read as "delivered".
Delivered is what the operator confirmed reached the phone.
Read counts the messages a subscriber opened, in the channels that report reads. SMS reports delivery, so its Read column stays at zero and the delivered figure is the one to look at.
Efficiency is the ratio of delivered to sent, and it carries the meaning of both.
Everything is counted in parts
A campaign of one hundred recipients with a two-part message is two hundred here, not one hundred. This matches how you are charged and it differs from how many people you reached.
To count people, use the reports; to count money, use these numbers.
The "unknown" row
Rows grouped as unknown are messages whose operator or country stayed undetermined — usually numbers outside the known ranges, or ported numbers whose new operator has yet to report back. The messages themselves went out as usual; here they are simply unclassified.
The Viber columns
Viber traffic carries columns of its own, and they appear in every view as soon as the period has Viber traffic in it.
Export
Statistics gives the file straight away: the sums are already counted. The file follows the current grouping and the current filters, and in the countries view it carries the whole tree — every country followed by its operators.
